Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted red peppers
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
- Que Pasa Yellow Tortilla Chips
Instructions
- Place peppers, coconut milk, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, garlic, salt and pepper in a food processor. Pulse until very smooth.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Adjust seasoning to taste.
