Raspberry Honey Oat Bread

Raspberry Honey Oat Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 packages Brown Sugar Maple Oatmeal
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup applesauce, sugar-free
- 1/3 cup liquid honey
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil, preferably coconut oil
- 1/4 cup milk or milk alternative
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Butter or spray with non-stick spray a loaf pan (around 8" x 4").
- In a large bowl, whisk together oatmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add applesauce, honey, oil, and milk - mix with a spoon or spatula until just blended. Add raspberries and mix until just combined, being careful not to crush raspberries.
- Transfer batter to prepared pan and bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into bread.
