No-Bake Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Date Bars
Serve this healthy snack to your kids at any time of day. These bars are super easy to make, too!
No-Bake Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Date Bars Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 packages Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
- 2 cups roughly chopped dates, approximately 12 pitted mejdool dates
- 1/2 cup nut or seed butter
- 1/2 cup puffed quinoa (OR another package of Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal and 2 tbsp. chia seeds)
Instructions
- Place dates and nut/seed butter into a blender and mix until dates are coarsely chopped and nut/seed butter is mixed through. Transfer to a large bowl.
- Add oatmeal and puffed quinoa to bowl and combine all ingredients with hands until well blended.
- Butter or spray an 8" x 8" pan and press mixture into it. Using a flat object (such as a measuring cup) press mixture firmly into pan. Set aside for at least 1 hour to firm.
- Cut into bars.
- Bars will keep in an airtight container on the counter for up to 1 week.
