Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Cranberry Vanilla Qi'a Superfood Cereal
- 1/2 cup almond milk (use homemade for extra almond flavor)
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Drop pure vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
- 2/3 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries)
Toppings
- Vanilla Almond + Flax Granola and fresh mixed berries
Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl, combine the Qi’a cereal, almond milk, cranberries, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Stir well to break up any Qi’a cereal lumps.
- Add the mixed berries and stir well before transferring the chia seed pudding to the fridge. Chill for a minimum of 2 hours (overnight is preferred to allow the Qi’a cereal to absorb all of the liquid and fully thicken the chia seed pudding).
- Stir well and thin with almond milk if necessary. Top with fresh mixed berries and a handful of Vanilla Almond Granola.
