Enjoy this pesto brimming with herbs by the spoonful, or add it to any dish for a delicious burst of flavor.


  • 2 cups fresh basil, loosely packed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup pepitas
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • Generous pinch of salt & pepper
  • Que Pasa Yellow Tortilla Chips.


  1. Add all ingredients into food processor and blend until finely chopped, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
  2. Transfer to serving bowl & enjoy with Que Pasa Yellow Tortilla Chips.
