Pepita Pesto Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh basil, loosely packed
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup pepitas
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- Generous pinch of salt & pepper
- Que Pasa Yellow Tortilla Chips.
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into food processor and blend until finely chopped, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
- Transfer to serving bowl & enjoy with Que Pasa Yellow Tortilla Chips.
