Mexican-Style Street Corn with Corn Flakes
Add a little spice and a lot of crunch to your grilled corn with this Mexican-style street corn recipe. Add a pinch more paprika if you like things hot or try a squeeze of lime if you want some zip!
Mexican-Style Street Corn with Corn Flakes Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 ears corn, husks and silk removed
- 1/3 cup 2% Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp finely grated lime zest
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 cup crushed Nature’s Path Fruit Juice Corn Flakes™
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat
- Grease grate well.
- Grill corn for 10 to 12 minutes or until grill-marked and tender
- Stir together yogurt, cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper; spread over warm corn.
- Sprinkle evenly with paprika.
- Add crushed cereal to shallow dish; roll corn in crushed cereal until evenly coated.
