Maple & Spiced Peach Oatmeal Bowl Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen sliced peaches
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 cinnamon sticks, broken
- 1” knob of ginger, sliced
- 1 tbsp vegan butter or butter
- Nature’s Path Organic gluten free steel cut oatmeal, from side of package
- Sliced almonds, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F/218°C. In a loaf pan, toss peaches with maple syrup. Add cinnamon sticks and ginger. Top with dots of butter. Bake for 20-25 minutes (until peaches soften and look translucent.)
- Top steel cut oatmeal with baked peaches and a sprinkle of almonds.
