Ingredients
- 1 (650g) bag frozen French fries
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup shredded vegan cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked black beans
- 1/2 cup sliced grape tomatoes
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup Que Pasa Salsa
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- To bake the French fries, preheat oven according to package directions. In a large bowl, combine the chili powder, oregano, cumin, and salt. Add the frozen French fries and toss to combine, making sure the fries are coated in the seasoning. Transfer the fries to a baking sheet and bake according to package directions.
- Once the French fries are baked, sprinkle on the vegan cheese and return to the oven briefly to melt the cheese. Transfer to serving plates or bowls, then top with beans, tomatoes, green onion, salsa, guacamole and cilantro. Serve immediately.
