Ingredients
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- 1 raspberry
- 1 tbsp chocolate vermicelli
- 1 cup dairy-free vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup Envirokidz Koala Crisp or Choco Chimps (roughly ground)
Instructions
- Cut the bottom off the kiwi for a sturdy flat base.
- Decorate peeled kiwi with chocolate vermicelli “spines.” Add an upside-down raspberry “cactus blossom” on top (secure with a toothpick if needed).
- Fill a small mason jar with dairy-free yogurt. “Plant” your kiwi cactus in the center and surround it with Envirokidz cereal “soil.”
