Chocolate Greens Balls

Chocolate Greens Balls Recipe

Ingredients
- 20 dates, pitted
- 3/4 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp spirulina powder
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, break down cashews until they are a fine powder.
- Add pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, coconut shreds, cocoa powder, spirulina, cinnamon, and sea salt and process until mixture is crumbly and no large chunks remain.
- Add dates, honey, and coconut oil and blend until dates are completely broken down.
- Transfer to a large bowl and roll a tablespoon at a time into balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.
