Healthy Unicorn Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 orange, peeled and white pith removed
- 1/2 tsp chlorophyll
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup milk or milk alternative
- 1 cup, plus 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative
- ice cubes for blending
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup Gorilla Munch cereal
- vegan sprinkles made with all natural food colouring (optional)
Instructions
- Blend blackberries with 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of yogurt until smooth. Set aside and clean out blender.
- Blend strawberries with 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup of yogurt until smooth. Set aside and clean out blender.
- Blend orange with 1/2 cup of ice cubes and 1/2 cup of cold water until smooth. Place in a small bowl and mix with chia seeds. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt and chlorophyll together. Set aside.
- Using a tall glass or a mason jar, place blackberry puree on the bottom. Using a spoon, drip chlorophyll mixture down the sides of the glass/jar. Top with strawberry mixture. Top with orange chia seed mixture. Top smoothie with cereal and sprinkles (if using).
