This healthy take on a holiday classic treat is great for adults and kids alike!
Healthy Holiday Fudge Recipe
Chill time: 140 Minutes
Servings:
1/2" - 3/4" fudge in a loaf pan or 1" fudge in 2 mini loaf pans

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unrefined coconut oil
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Koala Crisp Cereal
Instructions
- Line a loaf pan(s) with wax paper.
- Combine all ingredients (except the Koala Crisp Cereal) in a small saucepan, and heat until smooth. Remove from heat, and pour into lined loaf pan(s).
- Gently tap on the counter to remove any bubbles. Refrigerate for 20 minutes, or until mostly set, then sprinkle cereal across the top.
- Refrigerate for another 2 hours, until set. Keep refrigerated. Enjoy!
