Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla
- 4 cups of Rice Puffs
- 1/2 cup (100g) chopped dark chocolate, for drizzle
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, melted coconut oil, coconut cream, maple syrup, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
- Stir in Rice Puffs, mixing until cereal is completely coated.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill in freezer.
- Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler. Drizzle chocolate over peanut butter clusters.
- Chill to harden chocolate and store in refrigerator.
