Ingredients
- 1 cup non dairy milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- Nature's Path Love Crunch Dark Chocolate Macaroon granola, for topping
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except the granola, in a bowl and stir to combine.
- Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
- Top with granola and serve.
