Chili Chocolate Granola
You just can’t beat homemade granola packed with good-for-you ingredients! This tasty treat is no exception, with flavors of sweet, decadent chocolate balanced with a touch of chili heat.
Chili Chocolate Granola Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups of Nature's Path Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (add more if you like more spice)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a bowl, mix together oats, hazelnuts, chia, flax, cocoa, cinnamon and cayenne.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla.
- Fold the wet mixture into the oat mixture until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Spread evenly on a lined baking sheet and transfer to oven to bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring about halfway through to bake evenly.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool. Store in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
