Cereal Milk Popsicles

These Cereal Milk Popsicles will make you feel like a kid again. It’s creamy, comforting, organically sweetened, and tastes just like the milk at the bottom of a bowl of cereal. Such a classic and just 5 ingredients to make. The hardest part is waiting for them to freeze! 


Cereal Milk Popsicles Recipe

Servings: 12

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Nature’s Path Mesa Sunrise cereal
  • 3 cups non-dairy milk
  • ½ cup yogurt, dairy-free
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the milk, yogurt, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.
  • Add Mesa Sunrise Cereal to the milk and stir. Leave to steep for 15 minutes, then sieve out the cereal over a bowl.
  • Pour cereal milk into popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks. Place in the freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight.
  • Once frozen, remove from popsicle mold and top with crushed Mesa Sunrise Cereal.
