"for some reason I cannot find these anywhere anymore, in Washington State. I miss them, please bring them back!"
"The flavor of these chips is phenomenal. One can taste the corn, lime and salt. The chips are not too oily either. The packaging is great as well, no plastic, but paper so better for the environment. Best chips I have had since my graduate school days when I lived in Santa Ana, CA next to two great Mexican tortilla factories and panderias"
"These are perfectly thick and crisp. While I don't mind thin tortilla chips, I prefer them on the thicker side. These are just that and have a perfect crunch. The blue corn flavor is authentic because they grind the corn with volcanic stone, like corn that is traditionally ground in a molcahete. The corn flavor really shows through, even when paired with a robust salsa. Que Pasa nailed the blue corn tortilla game. It's organic and adorable which is a huge plus. I highly recommend them!"
"I love the packaging of Organic Que Pasa Tortilla Chips, along with the fact that they are organic, non-GMO certified, low sodium, and gluten-free. These whole-grain tortilla chips have a nice crunch, but I was disappointed by the lack of flavor. Beyond the slight saltiness, it's difficult to detect much flavor in the chips themselves. Even when paired with salsa, they were bland and disappointing."
"Never really noticed much difference between the blue chips but this one actually has a taste beyond salt. I'd almost call it an earthy taste, it's quite good. Bag is delightful, the flat bottom makes it easy to serve. I noticed the less salt, but in a good way. It lets you taste the chip itself, yet enough there to accent the toppings you're using."
"I really like the Nature's Path Que Pasa Blue Corn Tortilla Chips! They are thin, crispy and taste pretty dang delicious! I melted cheese on them and even my husband liked them! They are flavorful but not too salty! Plus they are gluten free! I would highly recommend!!"
"The flavor is good, earthier and richer than your standard tortilla chip. Unfortunately the texture left much to be desired. They're not as crisp / crunchy as I would expect. Honestly it reminds me of cardboard. The combination of strong flavor & bland texture overpowered the salsa I tried it with. I also tried mixing them in to make nachos and they didn't hold up well."
"I really enjoyed these chips, they had a really natural taste to them. Must be the ground volcanic stone process of making them. Now they are a lighter chip compared to some though I felt better eating these due to the low sodium. Would certainly look for these on my next shopping trip."
"The chips are very flavorful and have a deep, toasted corn flavor. They are fresh and crisp. Each chip is thin enough that it makes a delicious snack with a thin dip like queso. However, the chips are too thin to hold up to thicker dips like guacamole. My first attempt to use the chips, I made nachos, and the chips did not hold up well to the heavy toppings, though they tasted great."
"I never had blue chips before. These were yummy. They have a good amount of crunch and saltines. They can be eaten alone as a snack or can be the base for nachos."
