Vanilla chai-spiced chia pudding with crunchy granola and coconut cream. 

Spiced Chia Pudding with Granola Crunch Receta

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups almond or oat milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cloves
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Seed + Flax Granola
  • Coconut whipped cream

Instrucciones

  1. Mix chia, milk, syrup, spices, and vanilla.
  2. Refrigerate 4+ hrs or overnight.
  3. Portion, then top with whipped coconut cream and granola.
