Ingredientes
- 1 taza (250 ml) EnvirOkidz Panda Puffs Cereal
- 1 taza (250 ml) Leche
- 2 tazas (500 ml) yogurt congelado
- 1/2 taza (125 ml) trozos de plátano congelado
- 1 cucharada (15 ml) mantequilla de maní
- 1 cucharada (15 ml) Polvo de cacao
Instrucciones
- En la licuadora, la mitad de la mitad de la Panda Puffs Cereal, leche, yogur congelado, plátano, mantequilla de maní y cacao.
- Divide uniformemente entre 4 vasos.
