Vegan Breakfast Banana Split Parfaits Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups (500ml) vanilla dairy-free yogurt
- 1 banana, halved lengthwise
- ¾ cup (175ml) chopped strawberries (approx. 4-5 strawberries)
- ½ tbsp (7.5ml) cane sugar
- ¾ cup (175ml) chopped pineapple (approx. ⅛ pineapple)
- ¼ cup (60ml) chocolate syrup
- 2 tbsp (30ml) melted coconut oil
- 1 ½ tbsp (37.5ml) maple syrup
- 1 tbsp (15ml) cocoa
- ¾ cup Envirokidz Amazon Flakes
Instructions
- Mix strawberries and cane sugar together. Set aside.
- Mix together melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and cocoa. Set aside.
- Cut halved bananas in half again.
- Spoon 1 cup of vanilla dairy-free yogurt into a bowl. Place 2 pieces of banana on opposite sides of the bowl. Top with chopped pineapple, chopped sweetened strawberries, chocolate syrup, and Amazon Flakes.
