Spicy Sesame Guacamole
Everyone loves a good guacamole. I've stepped away from traditional Mexican flavors and spiced it up with toasted sesame and tangy pickled onions. Fresh with a hint of chili, this dip comes together in under 15 minutes!

Gluten Free
Vegan
Ingredients
- 4 large ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup pickled onion
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sriracha (add more depending on how spicy you like it)
- 1/4 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- Juice from 1 lime
- Que Pasa Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits and scoop the flesh into a small bowl.
- Using a pestle or a fork, mash the avocado. I like to leave mine with a few lumps for a nice chunky guacamole.
- Stir in the lime juice, sesame oil, onion, salt, and sriracha.
- Taste and adjust the salt and sriracha to your preference. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving or enjoy straight away with Que Pasa Blue Corn Tortilla Chips.
