Skillet S'Mores

A slightly healthier, shareable s’more. Make sure to use a trivet (or hot pad) to protect the counter and wrap with a tea towel to protect little hands and then enjoy with your family.


  • 1-2 handfuls mini marshmallows (we like Dandies vegan marshmallows!)
  • 1 cup Leapin' Lemurs EnviroKidz cereal, crushed
  • 1 small Banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup organic chocolate chips
  • hanful strawberries, sliced
  • Graham crackers or gingerbread cookies – for serving


  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. In a cast-iron pan line the bottom of the pan with crushed Leapin’ Lemurs cereal. Follow with chocolate chips, banana and strawberry slices and finish with marshmallows.
  3. Bake in the oven for 6 to 10 minutes – watching closely so the marshmallows brown but don’t burn. Chocolate and marshmallows should be melty.
  4. Serve warm with graham crackers or gingerbread cookies for dipping!
