Place all ingredients into a food processor or high-powered blender. Pulse until a *smooth ice cream base forms.Pour into a loaf pan and mix in ¼ cup of the Dark Chocolate Macaroon Love Crunch granola. Spread evenly in the loaf pan and sprinkle with more granola. Allow ice cream to chill in the freezer for 1 -2 hours. Serve immediately. Grab a spoon and indulge!
*Note: It might take some time for all of the frozen ingredients to blend together, so add more liquid and stir the ice cream mixture until blended well.
