This hummus recipe is just as easy as the usual, but a more complex flavour is sure to impress!
Roasted Garlic Red Lentil Hummus Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1 cup cooked red lentils
- 2 heads roasted garlic
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
TOPPINGS:
- Parsley
- Pomegranate seeds
- Pine nuts
- Que Pasa Corn Tortilla Chips, to serve
Instructions
- Blend ingredients until thick and smooth and garnish with toppings.
