Peanut Butter Swirl Fudgsicles
What if we told you we recreated (and improved) the classic Fudgsicle you once loved and into a dairy-free, plant-based version? We also added a beautiful, creamy peanut butter swirl for good measure!
Peanut Butter Swirl Fudgsicles Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp + 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Nature's Path Peanut Butter Granola
- Popsicle sticks
- Popsicle molds
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the coconut milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. It should be the consistency of a thick smoothie.
- To assemble, layer the chocolate mixture and the remaining 1/4 cup peanut butter evenly among 6 popsicle molds. Sprinkle the granola over the tops of the fudgsicles, pressing down lightly, and then insert popsicle sticks. Freeze until firm (about 3 hours).
