Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Bites

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Bites Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 packages (approx. 1 cup) Brown Sugar Maple Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup smooth all-natural peanut butter (or any preferred nut/seed butter)
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Place Homestyle Oatmeal, hemp hearts, honey, and chocolate chips in a medium bowl. Mix well with a spoon to fully incorporate.
- Chill for 10-20 minutes (makes rolling process less sticky). Using a heaping tablespoon, roll into balls with hands.
- Will keep in refrigerator for 1 week or freezer for up to 3 months.
