Peaches and Cream Baked Oatmeal
This easy dish is a great make-ahead breakfast that can be kept in the refrigerator all week long for busy mornings!
Peaches and Cream Baked Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 cups 2% milk
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp each ground ginger and salt
- 4 cups chopped peaches
- 2 cups Nature's Path Steel Cut Oats
- 1/2 cup Nature's Path Pumpkin Seed + Flax Granola
- 1 1/2 cups 2% vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 13- x 9-inch baking dish; set aside.
- In saucepan, combine milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and salt; bring to simmer over medium-low heat. Stir in peaches and oats. Transfer to prepared baking dish and sprinkle with granola.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and oats are tender. Serve with dollop of yogurt and drizzle of honey.
