Prepare this healthy bircher muesli the night before, and wake up with a super quick and tasty breakfast the next morning!
Overnight Apple Cinnamon Bircher Muesli Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 packets Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
- 4 pitted dates, chopped
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 2 cups non-dairy milk
- 1 apple, peeled and grated
Instructions
- In a bowl, empty the Apple Cinnamon Hot Oatmeal packets. Stir in the dates, hemp, chia seeds, and walnuts. Add the non-dairy milk and apple and stir again. Refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, divide the bircher muesli between two or three bowls and serve. Alternatively, scoop into mason jars for a breakfast to go.
