No-Bake Apple Donuts
These healthy apple donuts are a great snack for little ones. Decorate them with your favourite toppings, like cereal, granola, shredded coconut, or chocolate chips.
No-Bake Apple Donuts Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 apples, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 cup water
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter or nut butter
Toppings:
- Envirokidz Koala Crisp Cereal
- Granola
- Shredded coconut
- Chopped nuts or seeds
- Raisins
- Chocolate chips
Instructions
- Using a small, round cookie cutter or a small knife, remove the core of each apple slice so it is the shape of a donut.
- In a bowl, combine the water and lemon juice. Add the apple slices and allow to soak for 5 to 10 minutes. This step will help prevent the slices from browning.
- Remove the slices from the water and pat dry. Spread the sunflower seed butter on each slice and add your favourite toppings. Serve.
