Green Smoothie Popsicles
Green smoothies are all the rage, but sometimes you want something a little more refreshing in the summer heat. Enter these green smoothie popsicles!
Green Smoothie Popsicles Recipe

Vegan
Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp natural almond butter (or other nut butter)
- 1/2 cup Nature's Path Coconut Chia Granola
- Popsicle mold
- Popsicle sticks
Instructions
- In a blender combine the spinach, bananas, peas, coconut milk, maple syrup, and almond butter.
- Blend on high speed until very smooth.
- Pour into each popsicle mold, leaving about 1/2 inch at the top.
- Top with granola, pressing down lightly.
- Add a popsicle stick to each mold, and freeze until solid, at least 2 hours.
