Green Pea Guacamole
A twist on classic guacamole, this bright green dip is fresh and lively with a hint of sweet, thanks to the addition of green peas. It’s totally plant-based, and totally delicious.
Green Pea Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 medium-large avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup frozen green peas, defrosted
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 green onions, chopped (white and green parts)
- 1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp minced jalapeno
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Que Pasa Jalapeno and Lime Tortilla Chips, for serving
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with Que Pasa Jalapeno and Lime Tortilla Chips, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
