Easy Salsa Verde
This salsa verde is fresh and bright, and pairs well with just about anything that goes with regular red tomato-based salsa. This recipe uses green tomatoes, which can be found at the market around fall.

Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped green tomatoes
- 1/4 cup minced white onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp minced jalapeno
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- Que Pasa Yellow Tortilla Chips, for serving
Instructions
- Pulse all ingredients in a blender or food processor until desired consistency is achieved. If your tomatoes are extra juicy, you may need to drain excess liquid through a fine mesh strainer.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready to use.
