Ingredients
- 4 frozen bananas, chopped into chunks
- 2 tbsp agave nectar
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Pinch sea salt
- 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate, plus more for topping
- Peanut Butter Granola, for topping
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen banana, agave nectar, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, pausing to mix (or use a tamper if your blender is equipped with one), as needed.
- Stir in the chocolate chunks.
- If necessary, transfer banana nice cream to freezer and chill until firm.
- Scoop chilled nice cream into a bowl and top with a sprinkle of chopped dark chocolate and Nature’s Path Peanut Butter Granola.
