Start your day with a fresh and delicious breakfast made in 5 minutes. A ripe banana and avocado make this smoothie bowl sweet, creamy and secretly nutritious.


  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 1/2 large avocado
  • 2.5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 cup nondairy milk
  • Nature’s Path Cocoa & Coconut Superflakes, for serving
  • Fresh berries, for serving


  1. Using a blender, blend the banana, avocado, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, salt, and nondairy milk until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl, top with cereal and fresh berries, and serve.
