"I have been buying Flax plus oatmeal from Natures Path for years. The simple natural ingredients with no chemicals or preservatives make this a wholesome and healthy breakfast. And I like the fact that only pure cane sugar is used for a sweetener, not artificial sweeteners or other man made sugars like high fructose corn syrup, which in my opinion is not a healthy sweetener. The fiber content is good and helps keeps your gut healthy. A good natural breakfast to be enjoyed with no worries or guilt."

"Believe it or not, on nights that I have a bit of difficulty falling asleep…your oatmeal/flax packet with a little bit of Ghee helps me fall asleep! …. or if I wake during the night and can't fall back to sleep, I make the oatmeal packet with Ghee and fall right back to sleep!!! Great sleeping aid! Very comforting??"

"#sweepstakes - The Flax Plus oatmeal was the only new product I ordered with my last order. I was very happy with this instant oatmeal. My previous instant oatmeal orders were oatmeal that included fruit. I would absolutely order the Flax Plus instant oatmeal again. The oatmeal was not bland or overly sweet. It had a light taste that was great."
