Un queso sabroso cremoso elaborado con una mezcla de avena enrollada, levadura nutricional y un toque de pimentón ahumado para esa perfecta humo.

Ingredientes
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- ½ cup nutritional yeast powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 jar 285ml Roasted Sweet Red Peppers including liquid
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cups water
- ½ lemon
Instrucciones
- Add all the ingredients, except the lemon, into a Vitamix or highspeed blender.
- Blend on high for 4 minutes continuously. The mixture should be hot and thickened when finished.
- Squeeze the lemon into the mix and stir to combine.
- Serve warm with Que Pasa Round Tortilla chips!
